"Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn't mean you can, should, or need to do it alone."

Therapy Sessions
Psychiatric Evaluation

Patients will receive a comprehensive assessment to help understand the underlying causes of your distress.  Using this, a plan will be made that will help you achieve your goals of wellness.

Medication Management

Our bodies are made up of biological and genetic processes. Some mental conditions/illnesses require medications to help regulate these processes and keep the body functioning normally.

Supportive Psychotherapy

Talk therapy is often needed to help individuals work through trauma or changes in their life. We will help by teaching healthy coping skills that can help you move toward a more fulfilling life.

Perinatal and Postpartum Mental Health

The pregnancy and postpartum process can be emotionally overwhelming. Our provider Pam Rossio, CNM PMHNP is specially trained in women's mental healthcare and can help you maintain balance during this unique life transition.

Our Mission

We invite you to become a part of our growing and supportive community. We provide quality care using evidence-based techniques in pursuit of the best outcomes for all of our patients. At Oregon Behavioral Health Group, we see our patients as a part of the family—and family is always our top priority.

Now Offering Telehealth

All of our providers are now offering Telehealth appointments for established patients. New patient appointments will still be completed in-person, as these in-depth and comprehensive exams are more easily done face-to-face. Follow-up appointments can be scheduled in-office or via Telehealth.
